Common questions

IT Support — questions we hear a lot.

Can you fix things remotely, or do you need to visit?

A large share of IT problems — software issues, email trouble, account lockouts, slow machines — can be fixed remotely, usually the same day. Where hands-on work is needed, we visit anywhere in Auckland.

Do I need a support contract, or can I just call when something breaks?

No contract needed. One-off jobs are welcome and quoted by the hour. If you'd rather never think about IT again, an ongoing arrangement gets you priority response and proactive monitoring — but there's no pressure either way.

How fast do you respond?

For new enquiries and one-off jobs, we aim to reply the same business day. Ongoing support clients get priority handling and a clear agreed response arrangement.

Ready to sort it out?

Tell us about the job and we'll come back with a clear next step.

Whether you run a small business or need help at home, we'll tell you quickly if we're the right fit, what the job is likely to involve, and how we'd tackle it.
