Do you work with home users, or just businesses?
Both. Small businesses are our main focus, but we also help households with worthwhile jobs like WiFi upgrades, home office setup, new devices, and general tech problems. There's no minimum job size.
What kinds of things can you help with at home?
WiFi setup and coverage problems, new computer or laptop setup, printer issues, smart home devices, email accounts, slow machines, and general "I don't know why this isn't working" calls.
What's your response time for support issues?
For new enquiries and one-off jobs, we aim to respond the same business day. Ongoing support clients get a priority response arrangement agreed as part of their support plan.
Do you charge a flat rate or by the hour?
By the hour for support jobs, and by quote for projects — always agreed in advance before any work starts. No surprises.
Can you just fix one thing, or do I need an ongoing contract?
One thing is absolutely fine. We'll send an indicative hourly estimate and work on that basis. Ongoing arrangements are available if you want regular cover, but there's no pressure.
Do you work outside Auckland?
On-site support is based in Auckland (Wairau Valley). Remote support is available anywhere in New Zealand.
Can you take over support for an existing setup?
Yes — we regularly take over support for existing IT setups, websites, networks, and cloud accounts. We'll assess what's there and take it from there.
What areas of Auckland do you cover for on-site work?
We cover all of Auckland for on-site visits — North Shore, CBD, East Auckland, West Auckland, South Auckland, and surrounding areas.
Can you set up a whole new office from scratch?
Yes — complete office IT fit-outs are one of our core services: network, WiFi, computers, printers, email, file storage, and security, planned and installed as one project with a fixed quote.
Do you build websites too?
Yes — website design, hosting, domains, and business email are all part of what we do, so your whole online setup can sit with one provider who knows how it fits together.
