We're moving offices. How far in advance should we get you involved?
Ideally 3–4 weeks before the move — enough time to plan the network, order any connections, and schedule the changeover so your team walks into a working office on day one. Shorter notice is workable; it just narrows the options.
How big a business do you work with?
CMR Technology is built for small businesses — typically 1 to 25 staff. That covers most Auckland offices, trades, clinics, and shops. If you're bigger, get in touch anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Our IT was set up by a previous provider. Can you take it over?
Yes — taking over existing setups is routine. We'll audit what's there, document it properly (often for the first time), fix anything risky, and take it from there. You don't need to know the technical details of your current setup.
What does ongoing managed IT cost?
It depends on team size and what we're covering, so we quote it per business — billed monthly with no lock-in contract. Tell us your headcount and setup, and we'll give you a clear monthly figure before you commit to anything.
