Common pricing questions

Do you charge a call-out fee?

For on-site work in Auckland, travel is included in the hourly rate. No separate call-out fee for standard Auckland locations.

What if you can't fix the problem?

If we can't fix it, we'll tell you upfront and only charge for the time spent diagnosing. No fix no charge for agreed-scope failures.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer on invoice. Payment is due within 7 days of job completion for support work, or as agreed for project milestones.

Can you give me an estimate before coming out?

Yes — describe the problem and we'll give you an indicative estimate. For complex jobs, a short remote call or on-site assessment is the best way to scope it accurately.
